Essential Sales Process (ESP) is developed by Essential Sales Solutions Ltd. (ESSL), a UK company dedicated to improving outcomes for the B2B solution sales community and the customers they serve, through the sharing of innovative ideas, and the provision of services.
Our mission is to help sales people, sales leaders, sales coaches and sales operations (in fact anyone working within the sphere of B2B solution sales), to embrace new ways of working, inspired by the lean and agile movements, that we believe are far more effective at serving customers in the 21st century marketplace in which we find ourselves.
The founders of ESSL, and the creators of ESP, have, between us, many decades of experience with B2B solution selling, and believe me we’ve seen it all – well, most of it – including the good, the bad and the ugly. We believe that our world is changing, and the future of our profession can be a more collaborative, innovative, honest, and respectful one.
